ÆTHER is a sanctuary for healing—a quiet, sacred space where the physical and energetic bodies meet, soften and realign. Rooted in the ancient concept of the fifth element, æther speaks to what is unseen: the subtle, the sacred, the soul. It is the space between thoughts, between breaths, between worlds.
Each offering at æther draws inspiration from the classical elements—Earth, Air, Fire, Water and ÆTHER itself—honouring the cyclical and layered nature of healing. These elemental concepts are not simply metaphors, but energetic pathways that guide the shape and rhythm of your treatment.
As a practitioner, I intend to hold space for your return to presence, body and self.
I'm Jennifer Goldsworthy (she/her), the heart and soul of ÆTHER. My practice is a unique blend of science and spirit, where I intuitively combine deep tissue massage, craniosacral therapy, Reiki, breathwork and Tarot. These elements combine to form deep, personal sessions that support your nervous system, energy body and emotional landscape.
Whether you are navigating physical tension or emotional heaviness, at a crossroads in life (work, education (PhD), parenthood, marriage or divorce), or simply seeking space to just be, our work together is always gentle, grounded and trauma-informed, providing a safe and secure environment for your healing journey.

60- or 30-Minute Tarot Consultation
With the ability to provide clarity, insight, and guidance, these intuitive sessions invite you to pause, reflect and fully embrace your current life situation, whether seeking clarity on a specific question, navigating a life transition or simply curious to connect with your inner wisdom.
As a reader, I facilitate the process, helping you interpret the cards and guiding you toward your insights. Tarot serves as a mirror to the soul, illuminating patterns, possibilities, and deeper layers of meaning. It is less about prediction and more about creating space for insight, dialogue and intuitive guidance.
Consultations can be taken as standalone sessions or added to any treatment for a more integrated experience that connects the body, mind and spirit.
