æther – Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment with æther, you agree to these terms and conditions.

All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
For ongoing, multi-day, or full-tour bookings, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates. The remaining balance is due as agreed at booking.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a reminder. Please review your details and notify us of any changes at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for preparation.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, æther reserves the right to cancel the appointment. In such cases, the full session fee will still apply, and rescheduling may not be possible.
For on-location sessions, delays due to venue access, security, or production scheduling beyond your control will be reviewed individually and are not subject to the standard late-arrival policy.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy: To avoid cancellation fees, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. æther will charge the full session fee if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled session. Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged. All missed appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
For touring, on-location, or multi-day bookings, cancellation and rescheduling terms will be agreed individually at the time of booking, given the variable nature of production schedules.

If you cannot attend due to an emergency, please contact æther as soon as possible. Emergency cancellations are considered individually, but 48 hours’ notice is usually required to avoid a cancellation fee.

All sales are final. Treatments, packages, and gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.

Package Expiration: Sessions in any purchased package must be used within 6 months of the purchase date. Unused sessions will expire after this period.
Non-transferable: Packages and individual sessions are non-transferable and cannot be shared or gifted with others.
Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date indicated on the voucher.
Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued.
Vouchers must be presented at the time of the appointment and may be used toward any service offered by æther.

Travel time, transportation, and accommodation costs for on-location or touring engagements will be agreed upon in advance and may be added to your total session fee.
For sessions outside a clinical setting, you are responsible for providing a safe, private, and suitable space for treatment.

Health Disclosure: Please inform me in advance of any health conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your treatment. This disclosure ensures that æther can tailor the session to best meet your needs and maintain your well-being.
Services offered are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Please consult your general practitioner (GP) in the first instance.
æther reserves the right to refuse treatment or terminate a session at any time if the client’s behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or in violation of professional boundaries. In such cases, the full session fee will still apply, and no refunds will be issued.

Your personal information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Any data you share with us will be used solely to facilitate your bookings, payments and treatment plans.
For productions or engagements requiring additional confidentiality, a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be provided and signed prior to the commencement of services.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the above terms and conditions.
