æther – Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment with æther, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All sessions must be booked in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Bookings are subject to availability.
Payment is required to confirm your appointment at the time of booking.
Upon confirmation, you will receive a booking reminder. Please ensure all details are accurate and notify us of any necessary changes at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for proper preparation.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, æther reserves the right to cancel the appointment. In such cases, the full session fee will still apply, and rescheduling may not be possible.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy: To avoid cancellation fees, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. æther will charge the full session fee if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled session.
No Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged. All missed appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you are unable to attend your appointment due to an emergency, please contact æther as soon as possible. Whilst emergency cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis, a 48-hour notice is typically required to avoid the cancellation fee.

All sales are final. There are no refunds on treatments, packages or gift vouchers once purchased.

Package Expiration: Sessions in any purchased package must be used within 6 months of the purchase date. Unused sessions will expire after this period.
Non-transferable: Packages and individual sessions are non-transferable and cannot be shared or gifted with others.
Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date indicated on the voucher.
Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued.
Vouchers must be presented at the time of the appointment and may be used toward any service offered by æther.
Health and Safety

Health Disclosure: Please inform me in advance of any health conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your treatment. This disclosure ensures that æther can tailor the session to meet your needs best and maintain your well-being.
Services offered are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Please consult your general practitioner (GP) in the first instance.
æther reserves the right to refuse treatment or terminate a session at any time if the client’s behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or in violation of professional boundaries. In such cases, the full session fee will still apply, and no refunds will be issued.

Your personal information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Any data you share with us will be used solely to facilitate your bookings, payments and treatment plans.
